We are the partner of world leading providers of social media monitoring tools that we use in the service eMerite VOBID.
We have been using software Yahoo! Web Analytics to collect the data about user behavior of website visitors since 2007 (back then it was called „IndexTools”). We are the founding member (the only Czech) of worldwide network of authorized consultant agencies Yahoo! Web Analytics Consultant Network.
We also know how to work with Google Analytics, Omniture SiteCatalyst, with tools for wireframes, with software for recording the movement of visits (cursor) on the website, with heatmap tools, tools for user and A/B testing etc.
